How to add points and rewards to your POIs

Your Driftscape representative will share a copy of a special Google spreadsheet for you to fill:

You will fill in the first three ‘INPUT:...’ sheets (POIs, Points, Rewards).
There are notes in the column headers: read this to get more information about the meaning of each field.
View the first ‘Instructions’ sheet for more details on how to enter your data.
To get a GPS location for a business, use maps.google.com, zoom to the area, right click on the exact location, then select the GPS coordinate line item from the menu:

This will copy the value to the clipboard. Put your cursor in the “INPUT: POIs” sheet cell for the location, then right click, Paste Special, Value:

Edit the field, to surround the value with square brackets, and remove the comma.
Once you have entered your businesses, you can enter your points in the ‘INPUT: Points’ sheet.
Hover over the heading columns to see field notes that explain more details on each column value.
You must select a business from the list of businesses you entered prior.
The “INPUT: Rewards” sheet is similar.
Rewards can also have an expiry date, and will not be visible after that time.
In all cases, delete or replace the existing example rows.
You can optionally associate a Driftscape CMS POI with points or a reward. If you do, then tapping on a row in the points and/or reward tables will open Driftscape to that POI, instead of redeeming those points or reward. This is helpful if you want to ensure app users return to view the content before collecting and redeeming points:
