Why Can't I See My Content?

New content may take a few minutes to sync with the app database and become visible. The sync speed depends on your device’s internet connection and how recently you’ve interacted with the app. If you are using Free Trial Mode, this may also slow the sync speed.

How to View Newly Added Content in the Mobile Apps

In order to view your newly added content in the mobile apps quickly, you can follow these steps to speed up your app’s sync rate using this simple 3-minute process. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Driftscape App

Launch the Driftscape App on your mobile device.


Step 2: Ensure the Following Conditions

  • The app is in either map or list mode, with no pop-ups open.

  • The Driftscape app is running in the foreground (avoid switching to other apps).

  • Keep your phone screen active (do not let it lock) for the next 2-3 minutes.

    • On iPhone go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Set Auto-Lock to ‘Never’

    • On Android go to Settings > Display > Set Screen Timeout to “30 minutes”

  • Do not interact with the app during this time, just leave it open and running in order to give the app an opportunity to complete the sync.


Step 3: Check for New Content

After 5 minutes or less, your new content should be visible.

If you still cannot see your content after following this process, please submit a support ticket with details about the issue and links to the specific CMS POI you’re trying to load.
